Payment is taken on behalf of Impression Recordings by Paypal. All prices are inclusive of German taxes, and are subject to change from time to time. After payment you will be taken to a page of your account, where you can download your product(s).

After making payment on this website you will be automatically taken to a download page, where you can download your product. If you experience any problems, please get in contact with us at [email protected] and we will work to solve the problem.

Disclaimer and Waiver

Impression Recordings will be held harmless against any losses, judgements, claims, legal fees or court costs that may arise out of a breach of these terms and conditions. By entering this agreement you agree not to sue or recover any damages from Impression Recordings and any affiliated companies or people as a result of its decision to terminate or suspend this agreement.

Whilst Impression Recordings will take reasonable and sufficient steps to ensure that the website is free from any viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, harmful software, data theft or any unauthorised malicious activity, Impression Recordings make no guarantees on this subject and will not be held liable for any loss resulting from this.

About Impression Sample Packs

Impression Recordings creates and sells downloadable sample packs in the form of digital audio recordings for use by, but not limited to, musicians, music producers, composers, film editors and web designers.

License Agreement

Sample packs from Impression Recordings are sold as ‘royalty free,’ which means that they are licensed, not sold to you, by Impression Recordings. Impression Recordings is either the owner or entitled licensee of the products on sale. By making payment for a product you are granted the right to incorporate them in a music production, film, tv program, website or other media production, without paying any additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees to Impression Recordings or any third parties.

Usage and Copyright

Copying, re-selling, leasing, duplicating or distribution in any form of the products for sale, other than outlined in the ‘License Agreement’, is strictly prohibited. This extends, but is not limited, to file sharing websites, web forums, computer networks and file hosting websites. Products cannot be distributed in their original format or sold in a manner that would be considered competitive with the nature of Impression Recordings’ business, outlined in ‘About Us’. Everything else on the website is licensed to Impression Recordings, including artwork, source code, materials, audio demos, graphics, text and logos and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Samples Delivery/Refund Policy

Sample packs purchased from Impression Recordings are non-refundable. Once you have purchased the product you effectively hold a license to use the content in your music without paying royalties to the owner, which therefore cannot be refunded.
